On Sunday, 25th January 2026, Tussakimu Club convened a Special Elections Meeting to address a vacant position within the club's membership. Graciously hosted by member Ssalongo Ssentongo John, the gathering brought members together to exercise one of the club's most important democratic traditions, the selection of a new member through a free and fair vote.

- Formal Acceptance — Ziwa Joseph accepted the outcome and was warmly welcomed into the fold, with his official inauguration subsequently taking place at the April 2026 General Meeting.
- Club Proceedings — Members also took time to review standing club matters and reaffirm the procedures governing membership admissions.
